IBIE Show...Las Vegas

This year was my first trip to Las Vegas and my first major baking expo. Even though my trip started off rocky (flight delayed 2 1/2 hours, my room was a smoking room when I clearly requested a non-smoking room. I was given a non-smoking room, but it wasn't clean. Yuck!), I had a good time and learn more then I could write on paper.  Learning the tricks of my trade was so inspiring.

I can't wait until the next show!
